All orders that contain Pre-Order items will not be shipped until the Pre-Order items are released. The release date listed may not be accurate. We do our best to find the most accurate information as possible; however, official release dates change frequently and are sometimes never publicly released. If you see a date set to the last day of the month, this typically means we have no official date just that it is expected to be released sometime in that month. We suggest placing one order for Pre-Order items and a separate order for previously released items that you might not want to wait for. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your press submit and the order is processed.
All new customer orders require phone verification. All new customer orders will be held until this requirement is met. To fulfill this requirement you must provide the verification code from the credit card you used to place the order. Orders of a high dollar amount may also be held for verification.
Due to security measures implemented in both our billing and shipping systems, orders cannot be combined or split. All individually orders placed will be shipped separately. Any changes made to an order, after the order has been placed, may be subject to additional handling/processing fees.
All prices listed on this site are subject to change without prior notification. Prices quoted to you via phone or email are for a limited time and may change without prior notification if not acted upon at the time the quote is given.
Prices listed on the web site do not necessarily reflect "in-store" retail pricing or pricing for phone orders. The prices listed on the web site are intended for online purchases only. Pre-Order prices are not applicable 2 days before the official release.
We need to be notified of a return within 5 business days of your receipt of the product. We do not accept returns on any single cards or figures. We do accept returns on any other items as long as they are accompanied with the receipt and are in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt or the returned product.
If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e..- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e..- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping amount.
If a package is damaged when it is received, please call us immediately! We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation at that time.
All items sent in for purchase must be pre-approved via email prior to shipping.
We require order cancellations to be made via a phone call. If you cannot call us you may send us and email with a time and number you can be reached at. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% transaction/cancellation fee. This charge is to cover the credit card processing fees, internal order processing costs, as well as any restocking fees that may be incurred.
The shipping and handling charges are for U.S. mail and FEDEX ground and air only. For shipments being sent via FedEx the shipping cost does not include the service fee for Saturday delivery.
Orders over $50 to $75 (depending on product) will be shipped via FedEX Ground or Express only. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. This means that any order that fits the above criteria, cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
Your credit / debit card will be debited within 24 hours after submitting your order. This is an automatic process controlled by the credit card processing computers. There are no exceptions to this policy, including orders that are held for any reason and orders that contain pre-order items.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST will not be processed until the following business day. In some cases it may take up to 7-10 days to ship your order. This includes orders with Overnight or Two Day shipping options.
Customers that make their payment with a personal check are subject to a $20 fee on any and all returned checks.
Shipped orders usually take 1-5 business days to arrive at the destination, except for California, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii where they may take up to 7 days.
Items listed are what we sell, not what is in stock. If a item you order is out of stock, we will hold the order until we have the item in stock again, try to ship the next closest item, or we will give you a credit to your charge card for that amount.
We reserve the right to refuse the processing of any order placed on our website.
When your order is submitted, the email address you provided with your order will be added to our mailing list. Under no circumstance do we ever provide any of your information to any third party. The mailing list is simply used to inform you of new products or promotions. There will be simple instructions to have your email address removed from the list at the bottom of all email sent to the mailing list.
To make an order via postal mail, fax, or email please proceed with the order as if you were placing the order online. (Adding items to your cart and going through the checkout process.) Once you have filled in your billing and shipping information you will be taken to the final page in the order process. Below the portion of this page that asks for your credit card information is a link for mail-in or fax orders. Please click the red Click Here link on that page; the next page is a printable copy of your order. For postal mail orders, please include this page with your payment. For fax orders, please fax the print out with indication of payment method. As well, please scan and attach this print out to an email indicating a billing method to complete an email order. These orders are subject to all above policies just as an online order would be.
